Alicia Lewis secures key growth space for NHS Supplier, Medstrom

Alicia Lewis, Surveyor at NG Chartered Surveyors, recently closed a deal securing growth space for leading NHS supplier, Medstrom. 

In a deal brokered on behalf of Alicia’s private landlord client, Medstrom has acquired Unit 2 on Hawthorn Road in Castle Donington, an important move to support the next phase of their growth and development plan. 

We asked Alicia about working on the deal supporting both parties. “It’s been a pleasure working with Medstrom to help them grow and continue to provide their vital service to the NHS.

“This is a great deal for all concerned, Medstrom has space to grow and our landlord client has a gained high-quality tenant. A true win-win situation.”

Medstrom, an independent manufacturer of hospital beds is the second largest provider of ‘Total Bed Management’ services to the NHS, supplying over 25% of all the UK’s acute care beds and mattresses.

With their headquarters already located on the Pegasus Business Park in Castle Donington, Becky Dolan, Managing Director of Medstrom, said: “Acquiring this additional facility on Hawthorn Road highlights Medstrom’s continued growth and development into 2024 and beyond.
