Wingers fly in to West Bridgford with the help of NG!

Wingers fly into West Bridgford in a deal brokered by our Associate Director, Charlotte Steggles. For those who love a tasty chicken wing, we’re thrilled to welcome the rapidly expanding chicken wing company to the thriving Nottingham suburb of West Bridgford. Opening in April in the heart of West Bridgford, this new restaurant and fast-food outlet is renowned for its mouthwatering and totally delicious fresh-fried buttermilk chicken wing dishes!

Originally established during the pandemic by brothers Amran and Dylan Sunner and their father Bill, Wingers swiftly gained a strong reputation for their focus on flavour and high-quality ingredients that customers can enjoy dining in, as a takeaway, or having delivered. Launched as a franchise in Autumn 2023, Wingers has already established eleven restaurants across the Midlands and is expected to more than double its estate by the end of 2024 with other franchise partners.

Charlotte Steggles, our Associate Director at NG, highlighted her excitement for this new addition to West Bridgford:

Paul Hinchliffe of Nelsons provided legal advice to the landlord, marking the second successful deal completed together with NG for this client in recent months. Paul said, “I’m delighted to see the old Costa back in use, and it was only a matter of time before a food and beverage operator snapped up this prominent site. Despite a much-talked-about uncertain national economic picture, West Bridgford continues to beat the trend.”

On the Wingers side, William Nelson from McKinnon Nelson Property Consultants provided advice, ensuring that the deal met their expansion needs perfectly.
