NG helps build move to new HQ for construction firm

A fast-growing construction firm has bought new office space at Sherwood Park in North Nottinghamshire in a deal completed by NG Chartered Surveyors, the Property People.

The long-standing family-run company has bought Units 6 & 7 at the H20 Business Park on Lakeview Drive at Sherwood Park and will be using the 3,380 sq ft space at their new headquarters building.

Thomas Szymkiw, our head of agency, acted for a private landlord client on the deal.

He said: “Office deals are still there to be had if the landlord is proactive and the space is of high quality, such as Units 6 & 7 at the H20 Business Park.

“This has been a very satisfying deal to be part of from our client’s perspective, and it’s always great to see a local business expanding. We wish them well in their new home.”

H2O Business Park forms part of the popular Sherwood Park which is an established development of both large industrial warehouses and office premises and is home to a number of national and international businesses.

The location benefits from excellent access to J27 of the M1 Motorway and therefore affording any occupier excellent links to the wider national Motorway network.
