Mapperley Tanning Lounge gets a fresh glow with help from NG

Popular local business Mapperley Tanning Lounge has entered a new chapter under fresh ownership, thanks to a successful lease assignment brokered by us.

Located at 972 Woodborough Road in Mapperley, the well-established tanning facility is now operated by Mapperley Tan Limited. The lease assignment, managed on behalf of the landlord by our team, has paved the way for a refurbishment of the lounge – promising an enhanced experience for its loyal customer base.

Callum Lakin of Mapperley Tan Limited, shared his excitement about the acquisition: “I moved into the property as I saw an opportunity to grow my business portfolio. The location and the condition of the shop really caught my attention,” he said.
