NG Chartered Surveyors gets Pride Park office deal back on track with QTS letting

NG Chartered Surveyors has completed the letting of a high-quality office unit at Brunel Business Park, Pride Park, Derby, on behalf of a private landlord.

Unit 31, Brunel Business Park, extends to between 210.69 and 421.38 sq m, or 2,267 to 4,535 sq ft, and benefits from air conditioning, a prominent location in the heart of Pride Park and 14 on-site parking spaces.

The property has been let to QTS Group, a UK railway contractor providing services including vegetation management, drainage services, fencing, civil engineering, electrification, IRATA rope access and specialist plant fleet hire.
