NG Chartered Surveyors supports New Reflexions with specialist property due diligence across seven UK sites

NG Chartered Surveyors has successfully completed a programme of technical due diligence surveys for New Reflexions, supporting the organisation’s continued delivery of specialist residential care and education services for young people across the UK.

The instruction involved detailed building condition surveys and advice relating to potential dilapidation liabilities across seven education and residential care properties as part of a business acquisition. The portfolio included specialist independent day schools for secondary-aged students facing social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, alongside residential care settings supporting children with emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties.

Founded in 2007, New Reflexions has built a strong reputation as a leading provider of children’s residential care services, delivering specialist support for young people with complex emotional, behavioural and educational needs.
