NG cuts landlord's costs by 70%

NG’s experienced building consultancy team are cutting down the cost of dilapidation claims for clients exiting leases.
So far this year they have already reduced claims from landlords on average by 70%.

NG director Paul Rogers said: “We like to engage early in the dilapidations process with tenant clients and help them explore the best options to mitigate potentially expensive claims for damages brought by landlords for repair and reinstatement of premises at lease end”.
