NG lands second high-profile instruction at Stud Brook Business Park

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have been appointed as joint agents on the trade counter element of Clowes Developments’ brand new Stud Brook Business Park at Castle Donington.

NG will work with joint agent FHP Property Consultants, to find high-quality tenants for three trade counter units, ranging from 3,229 sq ft to 4,606 sq ft.

Construction on the units, which will be available for sale or to let, will begin this summer

The news comes after NG was appointed, along with FHP Property Consultants, to market the industrial and distribution phase of the scheme, which will be ready for occupation in Q2 of 2024.

Stud Brook Business Park is equidistant to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester and directly accessed from the Castle Donington Bypass which links the A50 to the A453 and J23a/J24 of the M1.
