Digital agency counts savings after help from NG

NG’s building consultancy team have helped one of Nottingham’s fastest-growing companies settle a claim for dilapidations on its offices.

NG’s specialist team has negotiated a dilapidations claim brought by Hallam Agency’s landlord on its premises at the third floor of The Clock Tower, Talbot Street in Nottingham city centre.

Julie Rodrigues, Head of Finance at Hallam said: “Thanks to NG with their help with this it has taken a huge amount of stress away – we honestly couldn’t have done it without them.”

NG director Paul Rogers said: “We like to engage early in the dilapidations process with tenant clients and help them explore the best options to mitigate potentially expensive claims for damages brought by landlords for repair and reinstatement of premises at lease end”.
