Eyes on the prize as NG seals deal for new Nottingham clinic

A specialist eye health clinic has moved into new premises in Nottingham in a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.

Newmedica, a leading provider of NHS funded and private ophthalmology services which has clinics across the UK, has opened at Edgeley House, Tottle Road on the ever-popular Riverside Business Park in Nottingham.

The 6,100 sq ft, two-storey Edgeley House boasts 24 on-site car parking spaces and was the perfect location for Newmedica, as Karan Morjaria, Operations Director and Partner, explains: “We are proud to provide ophthalmology services in our state-of-the-art clinic at the Riverside Business Park. We will deliver a high-quality treatment of advanced eye conditions for the people of Nottingham, which will in turn enable us to assist in reducing community waiting times and NHS backlogs.”

Charlotte Steggles, Associate Director at NG Chartered Surveyors, acted on behalf of the private landlord on the deal.
