FORBES PARK, we love it when a plan comes together

Forbes Court, the first phase of Clowes Developments Forbes Park trade counter scheme on Fields Farm Road, Long Eaton is approaching completion in March.

National retailer, Toolstation are the first occupier to announce their move to a brand new 5,142 sq ft trade counter unit in Block F at Forbes Court.

The speculative development phase 1 being a total of 28,000 sq ft arranged in 7 separate units within blocks D and F received high levels of interest. All 3 units in F block were pre-let with Toolstation as the anchor tenant, with block D sold to a private investor who was retained one unit for his business and instructed NG Chartered Surveyors to find tenants with the other 3. We are pleased to say pre-lets have been agreed on 2 leaving only one single unit of 2,350 sq ft remaining. NG have also been retained by the buyers to manage this block on their behalf.

The final part of Forbes Court is 4 retail units aimed at the food and drink sector totalling some 4,500 sq ft, these will be ready in May with a pre-let to a national retailer already negotiated.
