It's a green light for Cotgrave's new light industrial scheme, Decorum Park!

Starting 2024 with a bang as Nottingham property developer Decorum Estates gets the green light for Decorum Park, a new light industrial park in the Nottinghamshire town of Cotgrave.

Decorum Park will comprise 11 self-contained micro-industrial units ranging from 87 – 149 sq m, perfect for new start-ups or those taking their first step into an industrial space.
