MORE SUCCESS FOR NG WITH LATEST LETTING DEAL

NG have completed the letting of unit 2 Millennium Way East on the Phoenix Business Park Nottingham. This 21,000 sq ft unit attracted a huge amount of interest from a wide cross section of potential tenants. Ultimately it has been let to Ilkeston based KB Packaging who were looking to expand their operations. Richard Sutton MD of NG acted on behalf of the private pension fund landlords and is understandably delighted with the outcome.
