NG celebrate new management contract for prestigious new office!

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve secured a prestigious deal to oversee one of Nottingham’s most esteemed office locations.

Our Director, Jude Weston, a specialist in Property Management, will lead our team in the management of the renowned Park View House at 58 The Ropewalk, located in the heart of Nottingham’s vibrant professional district. Park View House, a 16,000sq ft, multi-let office space is home to some of Nottingham’s most notable businesses, Gateley Plc and Forvis Mazars.

This beautiful period building has recently benefited from an investment of £200,000 for external improvements, with additional enhancements already planned.

Hannah Burt of Park View Nottingham shared her excitement, stating: “We are delighted to be working with Jude once more on another asset in our expanding property portfolio. This latest instruction complements our already impressive and expanding portfolio of mixed-tenure management contracts across the East Midlands.
