NG Chartered Surveyors solves three year search as Novitas Wealth Management relocates to new Mapperley office

Independent financial adviser Novitas Wealth Management has relocated to new offices on Plains Road, Mapperley, following a three-year search for premises capable of supporting the firm’s next phase of growth.

The move marks a significant milestone for the business, which has operated from East Bridgford for many years and has now established a new base in one of Nottingham’s most prominent suburban commercial locations.

Property consultancy NG Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of the private landlord in securing the letting.

Novitas Wealth Management had been seeking larger, better-positioned premises that would not only accommodate its growing team but also provide an enhanced environment for clients.

Mark Truman, Managing Director of Novitas Wealth Management, said: “After being based in East Bridgford for many years, we reached a point where the business needed more space and premises that could support the next stage of our growth.

“We had been looking for the right location for around three years, but finding something suitable proved difficult. Many of the options available were either too limited, too remote, or simply not the right fit for the business we are building.”
