– The Lace Market, Nottingham – Completion of six separate transactions totalling approximately 7,500 sq ft, reinforcing continued demand for character office space within this historic district.
– Unit 31, Brunel Business Park, Pride Park, Derby – Disposal of a 4,534 sq ft building to QTS Group.
– Building C, Apex Business Park – Letting of 5,044 sq ft to Bell Group, further demonstrating strength in the business park market.
– Haddon House, West Bridgford – Successful sale of a 2,583 sq ft period office building.
