NG score with a hat-trick of deals in Derbyshire

We have successfully completed a trio of sales at the sought-after Erewash Court, Manners Industrial Estate in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, totalling nearly £1.1m.

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, our Director Charlotte Steggles led the sale of Units 2 and 3, while our Surveyor Alicia Lewis secured the sale of Unit 5.
