NG seals cool deal for expanding air conditioning supplier

A Nottingham supplier of air conditioning, refrigeration and roof support has moved into new premises on a popular city trading estate.

ACR Supplies has taken almost 5,500 sq ft of warehouse and light industrial space at Unit 4, Eldon Road Industrial Estate in Attenborough, on the outskirts of Nottingham, in a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.

Charlotte Steggles of NG said: “Eldon Road is a strategically placed location and benefits from being next to Chilwell Retail Park and a short distance from Junction 25 of the M1.

“Our landlord client has invested heavily in Unit 4 and has undergone a complete refurbishment – showing once again that it pays to invest in your property portfolio if you want to land a high quality tenant such as ACR Supplies.
