NG secure full-house at Forbes Park and land major management instruction

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have secured an impressive new management instruction from the new owners of Block D on Clowes Developments’ Forbes Park Scheme in Long Eaton.

Richard Sutton, acting on behalf of Clowes, sold the block comprising 18,000 sq ft arranged in four separate units to a private investor on a speculative basis. The new owner will occupy one unit and has re-instructed NG to find tenants for the remaining three.

Richard has gone on to secure pre-let terms for two of the other three units ahead of completion and NG surveyor Charlotte Steggles has put the third unit under offer, completing a full house.

To top it off the owners have retained NG to manage the block on his behalf, a service offered by Head of Management James McArthur who will be assisted by Charlotte.

Paul Hinchcliffe at Nelsons Solicitors provided legal advice to the owner in purchasing the block and has been behind preparing all the occupational leases.
