NG strengthens portfolio at Castle Meadow Campus

NG Chartered Surveyors is proud to be strengthening our role at the University of Nottingham’s Castle Meadow Campus in Nottingham.

We are already the retained managing agent for Mowbray House – the 57,000 sq ft home of Browne Jacobson – and provide ongoing management support across the wider estate. Building on this success, in autumn 2024 we were instructed to manage Building F, a 39,000 sq ft property on the campus.

Building F has been transformed into a new data, design and digital hub by the University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP), creating a vibrant workspace community for innovators, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Our appointment ensures the building will be professionally managed to the highest standards, allowing UNIP and its occupiers to focus on growth and collaboration.

The Castle Meadow Campus is rapidly becoming a hub of activity, with organisations such as The King’s Trust, Nottingham College, INFINITY, Connect Nottingham and City as Lab already part of the community. As part of this growth, NG’s Head of Agency Thomas Szymkiw successfully let the 31,000 sq ft Building C to Arden University. In addition, NG Director Paul Rogers acted for the University of Nottingham in a building surveying capacity, underscoring our close working relationship with the institution.

Our team is playing a central role in supporting this growth through expert property management, bringing our proactive, transparent and tailored approach to every instruction.
