While the wider East Midlands retail property market has experienced some notable shifts over the past few years, influenced by broader trends in the retail sector and regional economic factors, there remains a buoyant hyperlocal market which is proving attractive to brands of all sizes.

NG has made its mark by focusing on suburbs with vibrant high streets, like Mapperley, West Bridgford, and Sherwood.
