NG's Building Consultancy completes critical RCA programme

NG Chartered Surveyors’ Building Consultancy has successfully completed a series of Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) across its managed portfolio of commercial property.

RCAs are critical for ensuring that properties are adequately insured and to maintain their accuracy to avoid shortfalls in the event of a loss.

Following recent rises in the cost of materials and labour it’s becoming more important than ever to ensure that properties are properly insured and that policies accurately reflect the current cost of rebuilding or repairing a property. It is recommended these are reassessed every 2 to 3 years.

NG’s Building Consultancy specialises in providing accurate and reliable reinstatement cost assessment services that consider the unique characteristics of each property and the current costs of materials and labour.
