Steel frame up at Badger Court as new industrial units progress towards April 2026 completion

NG Chartered Surveyors has confirmed that steelwork is now complete at Badger Court, a new industrial development on Merlin Way at Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, Ilkeston. The scheme remains on schedule for completion in April 2026.

Badger Court comprises three newly developed industrial units at Units 1–3, Badger Court, Merlin Way, Quarry Hill Industrial Estate, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 4RB. Each unit extends to 204 sq m (2,199 sq ft) and is available at a quoting rent of £21,990 per annum, equating to £10.00 per sq ft. The units are available individually or can be combined to accommodate larger occupier requirements.

The specification includes 6m eaves height, a fully secure site and warranties available, providing modern, high-quality accommodation suitable for a range of industrial and trade counter uses.

Quarry Hill Industrial Estate is strategically located in Ilkeston, approximately eight miles west of Nottingham and ten miles east of Derby. The development benefits from strong connectivity, with convenient access to the M1 motorway and the A52, offering excellent links to regional and national transport networks.
