Stud Brook Business Park takes major step forward as construction kicks-off!

Clowes Developments’ 20-acre Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donington takes a major step forward with construction starting on Units 2-7, marking the beginning of Phase 1 of the scheme. In collaboration with joint agents, FHP we are excited to market leasehold opportunities at Stud Brook Business Park. Local firm, TanRo Construction has been named as the lead contractor for Units 2-7, which have been designed by IMA Architects in Leicestershire.
