Two deals complete full letting at refurbished Nottingham business park

28 October 2026

NG Chartered Surveyors has completed two office lettings at Apex Business Park in Nottingham, bringing the newly refurbished accommodation to full occupancy.

The deals see KDB Door Business take Building A1, while Perspective Financial Group, trading as Cockburn Lucas, has relocated from Loughborough Road to Building A2.

NG acted as sole agent on the two self-contained, two-storey office buildings on Ruddington Lane, Wilford.

Building A1 extends to 2,990 sq ft, with A2 providing 2,663 sq ft, giving a combined 5,653 sq ft of accommodation.

Both properties have undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to create modern office space, including heating and cooling systems, kitchen and WC facilities. The buildings also benefit from 31 car parking spaces across the two units.

Apex Business Park occupies a prominent location next to Nottingham’s A52 Ring Road, with access to junctions 24 and 25 of the M1. A NET tram stop is situated next to the development, providing public transport links into Nottingham city centre.  Apex Business Park – A1 & A2

Thomas Szymkiw, head of agency at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “Securing occupiers for both A1 and A2 is a great result and demonstrates that there remains strong demand for high-quality, well-located office accommodation in and around Nottingham.

“The landlord invested significantly in refurbishing these buildings, and that has been reflected in the level of interest we received. Businesses are increasingly selective about their office space, so providing a modern working environment, good parking and strong transport connections makes a real difference.

“It is particularly pleasing to have attracted two established businesses to Apex Business Park, including helping Cockburn Lucas with its relocation from Loughborough Road. We wish both occupiers every success in their new premises.”

Szymkiw added: “Completing both transactions also means the available accommodation is now fully let, which is a strong endorsement of the refurbishment and the location.

“For landlords, the message is clear: investment in the quality of office accommodation can pay dividends when it comes to attracting occupiers in what remains a competitive market.”
